If you don't know, Milka Duno made headlines this year making a run at the Indy 500 - sponsored by Citgo. She is a Venezuelan with 3 masters degrees, and has achieved quite a few firsts for women behind the wheel of a car on a race track.
Unfortunately, she is rather naive about her president and what he is doing to her country. Or maybe because he makes possible her racing a car, she doesn't dare speak ill of him.
